Signing In to Your Account

To access your certificates and account information, you must sign in using the email address associated with your FHCP account.

If you are unable to sign in:

  1. Confirm you are using the correct email address that was used when your certificate was issued.
  2. Double check that your password has been entered correctly. Passwords are case sensitive.
  3. Try resetting your password using the Lost your password? link on the login page.

If you continue to experience issues signing in, please contact support.

Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page.

  1. Click Lost your password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.

View and manage the facilities or locations associated with your certificates.

Review certificates or products you have added to your cart before completing your purchase.

Log Out
Securely sign out of your account.
